We are looking for an experienced and motivated Multi Unit Manager for our Irvine and Costa Mesa locations, to lead day-to-day operations, drive strong business results, and support a high-performing team. This role is responsible for overseeing store performance, maintaining operational standards, and creating a positive team and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators, including sales, labor, cost of goods, and overall store performance
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet performance goals and uphold company standards
- Manage store performance, including sales, labor, and overall profitability
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and help implement effective solutions
- Support business growth through strong leadership, team development, and execution of company initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-run store environment
- Partner with leadership on store goals, priorities, and overall business needs
Qualifications
- Previous management experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable
- Experience managing store operations, sales performance, and team execution
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized, make sound decisions, and lead effectively in a busy environment
