We are looking for passionate and outgoing, fashion enthusiasts who can multi-task and have exceptional experience and skill in retail and customer service. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. A positive attitude, a passion for helping people, and a dedication to your position at Studio 12.20 will make you successful in this role! Part time and full time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers
- Responding to customer questions and requests
- Improving engagement with merchandise
- Providing excellent customer service to all shoppers
- Operating cash register and point of sales system
- Achieving established sales goals
- Product knowledge
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor
- Up-selling products to increase sales
- Ensure proper product presentation and stock replenishment
- Remember loyal customers’ names, sizes and preferences and maintain friendly relationships with all customers and fellow employees
- Must be able to detach from social media and personal phone while at work
Skills:
- Candidate should be passionate about retail and love interacting with customers
- Some customer service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Must be organized, trustworthy, and willing to learn in a fast paced environment
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to style for different trends, occasions and body types
- Up-to-date with fashion trends
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
