Pay Rates
- Day Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM): $21.00/hr (up to $24.50/hr)
- Swing Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM): $23.00/hr (up to $26.50/hr)
- Night Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM): $25.00/hr (up to $28.50/hr)

ShareSTAFF is seeking experienced Chiller/Filter Operators for an exciting harvest opportunity with a well-established winery. If you have previous cellar or winery harvest experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor chiller and filtration equipment during wine production
- Maintain proper temperatures and filtration processes throughout harvest
- Assist with cellar operations as needed
- Perform equipment cleaning and sanitation
- Monitor product quality and record production information
- Follow all food safety, GMP, and safety procedures
- Work effectively with cellar and production teams to meet harvest schedules
Qualifications
- Previous winery or cellar harvest experience is required
- Hands-on experience operating chillers and filtration equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attendance and reliability are required
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours during harvest
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
- Must be able to work in wet, cold, and warm conditions
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening, if required
