We're Hiring: Freight Broker Sales Representative — Existing Book of Business Required
Diamond Logistics is looking for an experienced Freight Broker Sales Representative with an active book of business.
You bring the customers — our operations team handles dispatch, tracking, and day-to-day operations. You focus on selling and growing your accounts.
Compensation
- $3,000/month base salary
- $30 bonus per delivered load
- 20 loads/week ≈ $67,000/year
- 30 loads/week ≈ $83,000/year
- 40 loads/week ≈ $98,000/year
- First 30 days: Ramp-up period
- After 30 days: Minimum 20 delivered loads/week required to maintain full base salary
