American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position in Alabama, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and an active AL or compact RN license.

Work in the Emergency Department (ER) of an acute care hospital setting
-
Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM (3x12-hour shifts)

13-week contract

Active Alabama RN license or compact state RN license currently in hand (no pending licenses accepted)

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS

Minimum 2 years of RN experience required

Two professional references required for consideration

Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

TNCC certification is preferred but not required

Navy or white scrubs required

First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Candidates must reside more than 90 miles from the facility to be eligible

Former permanent staff of this facility are not eligible for travel assignments for 10 years

RTO of 3–5 days is preferred, with a maximum of 7 days per 13-week contract
