Position Overview:
As a Mobile Flooring Salesperson, you will meet customers directly in their homes or businesses. You will be the face of our company — helping clients choose the perfect flooring for their space while providing expert guidance and accurate estimates.Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customers’ homes and businesses throughout the Denver metro area
- Measure job sites accurately and professionally
- Present and demonstrate flooring samples and options
- Build relationships with customers and provide expert product recommendations
- Prepare and deliver detailed job estimates and proposals
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Work closely with our installation team to ensure smooth project handoff

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous sales experience (flooring, home improvement, or related industries is a big plus)
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry flooring samples (up to 30–40 lbs)
- Comfortable working independently in the field
