As our marketing and appointment volume continue to grow, we are prioritizing the most critical seat in our sales operation: Lead Management.
This role is first and foremost for someone who wants to own the Lead Manager seat at a high level.
As a Lead Manager, you will be responsible for speed to lead, qualification, follow-up, CRM accuracy, appointment setting, and protecting appointment attendance. You will be the first voice homeowners speak with and a key driver of revenue for the business.
While there is a real long-term path into a Home Buying Specialist (HBS) role, this is not a short-term or guaranteed transition. The right person understands that becoming excellent at lead management is the foundation and is willing to fully own this seat for 6–12 months, depending on performance and business needs.
- Base Pay: $40,000-$45,000
- OTE $50,000-$60,000
- Strong communicator who is confident on the phone
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable owning a role with high responsibility and accountability
- Coachable, growth-oriented, and open to feedback
- Sales, lead management, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Interest in real estate investing and long-term sales growth
- Willing to work remotely initially and be Atlanta-area based for future growth
- Comfortable with a future role that involves driving throughout metro Atlanta
