The Safi Kuntz Group is a top-producing real estate team serving the Twin Cities. We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Listing & Transaction Coordinator to support three productive agents. The ideal candidate has prior transaction experience, exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and enjoys managing multiple listings and transactions simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate listing preparation from pre-listing through active market launch.
- Communicate with Clients regarding listing timelines, photography, staging, showings, and next steps.
- Prepare listings paperwork and manage listing documents.
- Coordinate and manage transactions from contract to close.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all required documents are completed and submitted on time.
- Maintain CRM and transaction management systems.
- Communicate with Clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and vendors throughout the transaction process.
- Schedule photography, inspections, appointments, and other listing-related activities.
- Provide administrative support the three productive real estate agents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of transaction coordination experience required.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft 365, email, internet research, and online systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to commute to St. Paul, Minnesota.
Schedule
- Approximately 30 hours per week.
- Monday-Friday.
- In-person position.
Compensation & Benefits
- $22-$23 per hour, based on experience.
