Competitive, Productivity-Based Compensation
Estimated full-time annual earnings are $130,000–$175,000.
Compensation is productivity-based and calculated as a percentage of the professional collections generated by the provider. The advertised annual range represents estimated full-time earnings and is not a guaranteed fixed salary.
Actual earnings depend on the provider’s schedule, patient volume, completed visits, services performed, documentation, insurance reimbursement, and collections.
Part-time compensation is also based on actual professional collections.

Position Responsibilities
The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will provide outpatient psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, or a combination of age groups, depending on the provider’s education, training, and experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Diagnosing psychiatric and behavioral health conditions
- Providing ongoing psychiatric medication management
- Developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Monitoring medication effectiveness, side effects, safety concerns, and clinical progress
- Providing clinically appropriate brief psychotherapy
- Accurately documenting evaluation, medication-management, and psychotherapy services
- Ordering and reviewing appropriate laboratory testing
- Educating patients and families about diagnoses, medications, treatment options, risks, and safety concerns
- Coordinating care with therapists, primary care providers, specialists, pharmacies, hospitals, and other members of the treatment team
- Completing timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation
- Participating in case consultation and clinical collaboration when appropriate
- Maintaining professional, ethical, regulatory, and prescribing standards
- Establishing therapeutic relationships built on empathy, trust, professionalism, and clear communication

Required Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program
- Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, or board-eligible and actively pursuing certification
- Active South Carolina APRN license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Active DEA registration, or eligibility to obtain one
- Ability to meet applicable credentialing and prescribing requirements
- Strong psychiatric assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills
- Ability to provide clinically appropriate brief psychotherapy
- Strong written documentation and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based psychiatric care
- Ability to commute reliably to Tega Cay, South Carolina
