We’re currently hiring a Medication Tech for our overnight shift who is passionate about helping others and providing dependable, compassionate care throughout the night.
What You’ll Do
- Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
- Accurately document medication administration and maintain records in our system.
- Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and promptly report them to the appropriate team member.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, providing compassion and dignity in every interaction.
- Respond to resident needs throughout the overnight shift and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
- Build meaningful connections with residents and your fellow team members.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive community where everyone feels valued.
What We’re Looking For
- Medication administration experience or applicable training/certification based on California requirements.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
- Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
- Dependability and the ability to work consistently during overnight hours.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
