We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Groomer to join our growing grooming team in Charlotte, NC. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in their craft, leads by example, and maintains a calm, positive, and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 2+ years of professional grooming experience

Must be able to groom all breeds and coat types

Strong knowledge of breed standards and pet trims

Confident handling skills with a focus on safety and animal welfare

Professional, dependable, and teamoriented attitude

Ability to mentor or support junior groomers (preferred)

Excellent time management and customer service skills

50% commission
