Texas Mold Remediation is a locally owned and operated mold remediation company serving Lubbock and surrounding areas. We specialize in professional mold containment, removal, cleaning, and restoration.
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team and help us provide quality service to homeowners and businesses.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with mold remediation and cleanup projects
- Set up containment areas and negative-air equipment
- Operate air scrubbers, HEPA vacuums, dehumidifiers, and other remediation equipment
- Remove contaminated materials such as drywall, insulation, flooring, and other affected materials
- Perform demolition and cleaning as needed
- Follow proper safety and containment procedures
- Help load, transport, clean, and maintain equipment
- Protect unaffected areas of the property during remediation
- Assist with reconstruction and restoration when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow company procedures and project instructions
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, and other challenging environments
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials
- Comfortable wearing respirators and required PPE
- Construction, restoration, roofing, demolition, or remediation experience is a plus
- Experience with mold remediation or water mitigation is a plus
- Must be dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance

This position can provide opportunities to learn mold remediation, water mitigation, demolition, restoration, and reconstruction.

Pay: $150.00 per day
