Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM
(Some schedule flexibility may be required.)
Position Summary:
As a Packager, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and labeling metal parts for shipment while ensuring quality standards and safety procedures are followed throughout the production process.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble boxes, crates, and shipping containers
- Package and label products according to specifications
- Stack, palletize, and stage finished goods for shipment
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
- Perform quality inspections on products and packaging
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift experience and/or certification
