Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist servers in providing outstanding customer service throughout their dining experience
- Clear tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for incoming guests
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist in food running duties by delivering dishes from the kitchen to tables accurately and swiftly
- Support the restaurant team with bussing duties, including resetting tables for new guests and removing used dishware
- Handle food handling responsibilities safely by following proper procedures for serving and maintaining food quality
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Experience working in hotel or food industry settings is a plus but not mandatory
