As a Dining Server, you'll help create an exceptional dining experience by:
Providing friendly, restaurant-style table service to residents and their guests.
Building meaningful relationships with residents through outstanding hospitality.
Taking meal orders and serving food with professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
Accommodating special requests and dietary needs while providing exceptional customer service.
Assisting with dining room setup, beverage service, and table maintenance.
Keeping the dining room clean, organized, and welcoming before, during, and after meal service.
Working closely with the culinary team to ensure an excellent dining experience for every resident.
Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
Restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or senior living experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Must be able to successfully complete a Level 2 AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.
