About the Role
As a Precision CNC Operator, you will play a vital role in our production environment by ensuring the accurate fabrication of complex components. You will leverage your expertise in CNC lathe and milling operations to maintain high-quality standards and drive manufacturing efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Configure and manage CNC Swiss-type lathes and milling centers to execute precise machining tasks.

Interpret complex engineering blueprints and process documentation to ensure all parts meet rigorous dimensional specifications.

Perform necessary program adjustments and tool offsets to optimize machine performance and part accuracy.

Utilize precision measurement tools, including micrometers and calipers, to verify product quality throughout the production cycle.

Collaborate with the production team to maintain consistent output and uphold workplace safety and operational standards.

Support the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

3-5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience or a relevant technical degree.

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and standard operating procedures.

Strong manual dexterity and the ability to perform fine motor tasks consistently.

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Excellent visual acuity to identify subtle surface or dimensional irregularities.

Experience operating multi-axis CNC lathes and grinding equipment.

Familiarity with CNC laser cutting technologies.

Proven track record of mentoring or assisting junior machine operators.
