Have you seen Reeder's on your Instagram and TikTok feeds recently? Reeder's is known for being different than other gas stations by selling anything from trendy toys and candy to food items created by our in-house chefs. From being the first person to greet a customer when they enter our store, a Cashier serves as the first chance to make someone love Reeder's. As a Cashier, you are responsible for providing an excellent experience at Reeder's by offering a pleasant shopping experience and being available to help customers find products. In addition, you are expected to uphold the "Reeder's standard" of providing "Consistently Great" products and services. Roles of a Cashier include restocking products, operating registers, and maintaining cleanliness of the store. Reeder's Cashier will also have shifts as a Full-Service Drive Attendant which include dispensing gas into vehicles, checking tire pressure, and washing vehicle windows.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Politely engaging with customers and listening to their wants and needs

Operating registers and handling cash accurately

Dispense fuel into customer's vehicles

Check tire pressure and basic under the hood fluids (oil level, coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid)

Routine cleaning and stocking on Self-ServiceFull-Service Drive, inside C-Store, and at carwash

Diligently washing vehicle windows

Routine opening and closing duties

Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Ability to lift 20 lbs over head

Able to squat repeatedly

Ability to stand for 8 hours or more

Able to constantly work in outdoor weather conditions

Occasionally ascend/descend a ladder

Accurately and professionally operate fuel dispenser, tire gauge, or other machinery
