Daguzan Charcuterie is looking for an energetic, reliable, and outgoing Brand Ambassador & Farmers Market Sales Associate to represent our premium French-inspired charcuterie made exclusively with Hawaiʻi-raised ingredients.
Our products are served at luxury hotels including The Royal Hawaiian, carried in Foodland, and featured by some of Hawaiʻi's top restaurants. Every weekend, we introduce hundreds of people to our products at farmers markets across Oʻahu—and we're looking for someone who can create memorable customer experiences while helping grow a local business with big ambitions.
What You'll Do
This is much more than a cashier position. You'll be the face of our brand.
Your responsibilities include:
- Drive our company truck to and from the farmers market (clean driving record required)
- Set up and create an attractive market booth before opening
- Welcome customers with enthusiasm and confidence
- Offer product samples and educate customers about our products
- Tell the story behind our company and local farmers
- Process sales using our POS system
- Keep the booth organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the day
- Break down the booth, pack equipment, and return everything to our kitchen after the market
- Track inventory and report products needing restocking
- Represent the Daguzan Charcuterie brand with professionalism and pride
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who:
- Loves talking with people
- Has a positive, energetic personality
- Is dependable and always on time
- Enjoys food and learning about gourmet products
- Can comfortably lift 40–50 lbs
- Has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Is comfortable working outdoors
- Takes pride in creating beautiful displays
- Is a self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, farmers markets, food service, wine sales, or brand promotion is a plus—but personality, reliability, and attitude matter even more.
Schedule
Weekend farmers markets (Saturday and/or Sunday) with occasional weekday events and product demonstrations.
