Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate or will to learn and have a strong background in HVAC systems and a passion for delivering high-quality service. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial properties. The HVAC Installer will work closely with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction while adhering to safety regulations and industry standards. We give performance bonus out to qualified personnel.
Duties
- Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and refrigeration units.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during installations and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment repairs and maintenance schedules.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assess system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Requirements
- Willing to learn in HVAC installation or related fields such as appliance repair or property maintenance.
- Ability to perform / learn plumbing tasks related to HVAC installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- willing to travel.
