Reports to: Director on Shift, Operations Director, Operator
Job Purpose:
The Supervisor manages daily operations in the Back of House (BOH) or Front of House (FOH) to ensure efficient, high-quality service for guests. They lead the entire shift, overseeing staff, addressing issues, and maintaining standards of safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Shift Leadership: Oversee the entire shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all areas.

Problem Resolution: Proactively address issues, preventing operational bottlenecks and maintaining consistent service flow.

Team Accountability: Enforce company policies (Rincon Handbook) and operational standards (Pathway), holding team members accountable for their responsibilities, and communicating operational expectations.

Safety Oversight: Maintain a food-safe and team member-safe environment by ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Daily Goal Setting: Communicate clear, actionable goals to team members for both shift-wide and individual performance.

Cleanliness Management: Ensure the workspace is always kept to the highest standard of cleanliness.

Problem Ownership: Take responsibility for any issues that could impact the shift or subsequent shifts, resolving them promptly.

Coaching and Development: Provide on-the-spot coaching to Assistant Supervisors and Team Members to foster their growth.

Assistant Supervisor Leadership: Mentor and guide Assistant Supervisors, helping them develop leadership skills and effectively manage their areas.

Problem Solver: Quickly identify and address operational challenges to keep operations running smoothly.

Team Leader: Lead by example, motivating and holding your team accountable to meet company standards.

Safety Focus: Uphold food and team member safety guidelines at all times.

Clear Communication: Provide direction and feedback to the team in real-time.

Ownership and Initiative: Take full responsibility for the shift’s success, stepping in to resolve issues as they arise.

Leadership Development: Actively develop the leadership potential of Assistant Supervisors, Trainers, and Team Members.

Flexibility: Able and willing to complete any tasks assigned by Directors and/or Operator.

Chick-fil-A experience is required

Proven ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Strong knowledge of food safety and health guidelines

Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating peers or teams

Strong sense of accountability and ownership of duties

Completion of Supervisor training

Full-time Supervisors must be available to lead 5 shifts (5am-4pm or 12pm-11pm) per week, including Saturdays

Part-time Supervisors must be available to lead 3 shifts (5am-4pm or 12pm-11pm) per week, including Saturdays
