2 Positions Available:
- Monday - Friday / 11am-3pm / $15 per hour
- Monday - Friday / 7pm-11pm / $15 per hour
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties across multiple locations, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Conduct detailed floor care tasks such as buffing, polishing, and maintaining various flooring surfaces to preserve their appearance and longevity.
- Utilize industrial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively for deep cleaning projects in commercial, residential, or industrial settings.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, restocking supplies, and ensuring all cleaning tools are properly maintained.
- Support facilities maintenance activities by inspecting areas for safety hazards and reporting issues promptly for resolution.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by working efficiently, communicating clearly with team members, and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates eager to learn.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques, including floor care and buffing, enhances your ability to excel in this role.
- Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus, demonstrating versatility across different environments.
- Previous porter experience or background in custodial services supports quick adaptation to the responsibilities of this position.
- Knowledge of residential painting or general maintenance skills can be beneficial but are not mandatory.
