We are seeking two dedicated Warehouse Leads to join our Shipping and Receiving departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, possess strong leadership skills to oversee daily activities, and must have strong computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Manage inventory control processes
- Oversee shipping and receiving activities
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols
- Ability to understand traffic coordination
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Abilities to perform office duties
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or as a Warehouse Supervisor
- Proficiency in forklift operation and inventory control systems
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations for warehouse safety
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with warehouse operations
