Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, patient-centered Chiropractor who is passionate about delivering exceptional care through a combination of chiropractic adjustments, manual therapy, rehabilitation, and therapeutic exercise. Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver chiropractic adjustments and evidence-based manual therapy techniques.
- Prescribe and progress therapeutic exercises tailored to patient goals and functional limitations.
- Educate patients on posture, movement mechanics, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record system.
- Collaborate with other providers to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care.
- Rehabilitation & Patient Outcomes
- Integrate active rehabilitation principles into treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on objective outcomes.
- Promote adherence to plans of care and encourage patient engagement throughout the recovery process.
- Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions when appropriate.
Team CollaborationCommunity & Marketing Support
- Work closely with Front Desk, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, Medical Massage, and Medical teams to optimize patient experience.
- Communicate effectively regarding referrals, care plans, scheduling needs, and patient concerns.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and solutions-oriented clinic culture.
- Participate in corporate wellness events, health fairs, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.
- Conduct posture screenings, movement assessments, and educational presentations when needed.
- Serve as an ambassador for the practice by creating a welcoming and professional experience for prospective patients and community partners.
- Demonstrate flexibility in supporting marketing initiatives that contribute to practice growth.
Requirements
- Valid chiropractic license or certification in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to musculoskeletal health.
- Experience with patient observation, physical examinations, and patient assessment techniques.
- Proficiency in acute pain management, trigger point therapy, and occupational health practices.
- Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Ability to multitask in a patient setting.
- Ability to work well with others in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment options and educating patients effectively.
- Prior experience in primary care settings or multidisciplinary clinics is preferred.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active New York State Chiropractic License in good standing.
- Strong manual therapy and adjustment skills.
- Experience prescribing therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to contribute beyond direct patient care.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
