We are seeking a reliable and motivated DOT Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering large (XL) packages to various locations while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong driving skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and experience with warehouse operations. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to timely and efficient delivery services.
You Must be 21 years or older and have a good driving record with plus points. We are looking for Full time Wednesday- Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday 10 1/2 hr shifts. This is a non-CDL drivers license position driving 16-26 ft box trucks.

Duties
- Safely operate a box truck or delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locations.
- Load and unload products from the delivery van ensuring proper handling and care of items.
- Follow assigned routes for deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and DOT safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation as required.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
- Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks for loading and unloading tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a courier role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Experience in warehouse operations is a plus, including familiarity with delivery vans.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 200+ pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with moving packages. This is a requirement.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of route driving and navigation skills to ensure timely deliveries.
- Candidates MUST be at least 21 years of age.
- Candidates MUST successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as any drug screenings required during employment.
- Availability to work four scheduled shifts per week, including weekend shifts, is required.
- Candidates must be able to sit, stand, and walk, including climbing stairs as needed, for extended periods.
- Candidates must demonstrate the ability to safely operate a work vehicle (van/truck) while entering and exiting the vehicle 100-150 times per day. Additionally, the ability to walk the equivalent of 3-5 miles per day and climb stairs as necessary during a 10.5-hour shift is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
