Job Summary
As our Customer Service Rep, you will be the face of our company when service issues arise. You’ll travel to customers’ homes to address concerns, make on-site repairs, assess damages, and ensure complete satisfaction. This is a hands-on role that blends technical skills with customer-facing service.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to residential job sites to inspect, diagnose, and resolve cabinet-related concerns or damages.
- Perform basic repairs, adjustments, and touch-ups to cabinetry, doors, drawers, hinges, hardware, etc...
- Document all service visits including parts used, work performed, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain an cleanliness and organized work vehicle.
Experience
- Prior experience in cabinetry, finish carpentry, furniture repair, or a similar field strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and hands-on repair abilities.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of touching up paint or stain
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and have mobility (bending, kneeling, etc.)
