We’re seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Insurance Sales Producer to build and grow a book of business while delivering strategic, compliant, and impactful benefits solutions to employers and HR leaders.
This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who excels at building trusted relationships, navigating complex benefits strategies, and creating long-term client partnerships.
What You’ll Do

Prospect and close new employee benefits opportunities with employer groups

Build relationships with HR leaders and executives to drive new business

Consult with employers on benefits strategy and plan design

Design and present customized employee benefits programs

Partner with carriers and vendors to deliver competitive solutions

Collaborate with internal service teams to deliver seamless client experience
What We’re Looking For

Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and ancillary products
