Unlike many gyms where trainers are left to figure everything out on their own, we provide mentorship, sales coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Compensation & Benefits
- $17.50–$40.00 per hour (based on experience and training tier)
- ~5% commission on personal training package sales
- 20% commission on supplement sales
- 10% commission on merchandise sales

What You’ll Do:
As a Personal Trainer at Elev8tion Fitness, you’ll be responsible for growing your client base while delivering an exceptional coaching experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospect and engage gym members to generate personal training opportunities
- Conduct fitness consultations and assessments
- Design personalized training programs based on each client’s goals
- Deliver safe, effective, and results-driven coaching sessions
- Educate clients on nutrition, supplementation, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Sell personal training packages, supplements, and branded merchandise
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize retention
- Maintain detailed client progress and program updates
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and professional team environment
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about fitness, enjoy helping others, and are excited by the opportunity to grow their income through performance.
Ideal candidates have:
- Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional, positive attitude
- Sales confidence and a willingness to proactively approach members
- The ability to motivate clients and deliver outstanding customer service
