Overview:
A Production Assembly Helper assists in the assembly, preparation, and production of products by supporting assemblers and production team members. This role involves gathering materials, using hand and power tools, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring products meet quality standards while working in a safe, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Skills and Experience:
- Assist with assembling products, components, and equipment according to work instructions and blueprints.
- Gather, organize, and stage materials and parts for production.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely and accurately.
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and report any defects.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Support machine operators and assemblers with production tasks as needed.
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors to meet production goals.
