Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a professional environment.
Strong comfort level with computers and navigating digital insurance platforms.
Exceptional ability to explain complex policy details in plain, easy-to-understand language.
Reliable transportation for daily work in our Spring Hill office.
Previous experience in a customer service or retail role where building rapport was key.
Connect with local families and business owners to understand their unique protection needs.
Prepare tailored insurance quotes that offer meaningful value and coverage for our clients.
Follow up with prospective clients promptly to answer questions and address any concerns they have about their options.
Maintain an organized pipeline of leads to ensure no one slips through the cracks.
Update and manage client accounts with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with the rest of our office staff to create a welcoming and helpful environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
