Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products within the store.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
- Utilize basic math skills to assist customers with calculations related to purchases or discounts.
Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate pricing information.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
- Experience with retail math concepts is a plus.
- A friendly demeanor with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right products for their needs.
