Must Have Technical/Functional Skill
Minimum of 10 years of experience in test automation.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with enterprise level experience including support for large number of applications.
- Knowledgeable on tools like Tosca, Selenium, UFT.
- Expertise in creating & maintaining automation frameworks and scripts
- Hands on experience setting up Jenkins pipelines and other CICD processes
- Ability to multi-task effectively and test early, often and leveraging automation & DevOps implementation
- Manage test data needs using TDM and automation
- Prepare of test plan, test data, test cases, traceability and collaborate with members for test executions
- Exposure to Accessibility Testing & Robotic Process Automation
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time · Experience in a Utility Company is an asset · Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective · Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others. · Must be results oriented, and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design the automation strategy
- Analyze industry trends to understand the latest automation Technologies
- Strategize and create Automation suites
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
Salary Range: $ 70,000-$ 98,000 a year
