The Opportunity:
This isn't your average entry-level role; it's the foundation of a dynamic career in Digital Marketing. We are seeking a highly organized, versatile, and imaginative Digital Marketing Assistant to balance creative asset production with vital operational tasks. You will act as the key communication bridge between our internal team, our advertisers, and our publisher network. This is your opportunity to be the crucial link that ensures our campaigns are visually engaging, flawlessly executed, and strictly adhere to industry rules.
What You'll Do:
- Creative Asset Production: Help design and write digital assets—such as ad copy, banners, and email creatives—tailored to various campaigns.
- Partner Coordination: Serve as a liaison for campaign launches. You’ll package our creative assets, coordinate with brands to secure approvals, and manage feedback to get campaigns live.
- Network Compliance: You will manage brand expectations and guidelines, proactively communicating and implementing adjustments to ensure alignment.
- Partner Onboarding: Drive agency growth by vetting new partner applications and ensuring all prospects meet our quality standards.
- Role Evolution: We are a dynamic agency that handles a lot of moving parts. As you master these core operational and creative tasks, you will have the opportunity to take on new projects and responsibilities that align with your unique strengths and interests.
What You Bring:
- Creative Foundation: A solid eye for design and the ability to write clear, engaging copy. Basic experience with tools like Canva is highly preferred.
- Professional Communication: Excellent written communication skills. You can maintain a polished, professional tone across all correspondence, ensuring information and guidelines are conveyed clearly and accurately.
- Detail-Oriented & Analytical: A strong focus on quality and accuracy. You take pride in catching inconsistencies, spotting errors before things go live, and approaching your daily tasks with careful precision.
- Desire to Learn: No prior agency experience is required. However, a genuine interest in affiliate marketing and a willingness to learn our systems quickly are essential.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
