Silver Shells Resort is a beautiful gulf front resort property. Excellent, friendly staff and team oriented. Our Courtesy Patrol Officers and Pool/Beach monitors must have friendly, helpful and outgoing personalities. But at the same time be able to enforce the rules. You must be able to walk and stand for long periods and be able to withstand the heat and cold because most of the job is outdoors.
Politely enforce property and pool rules. Re-setting pool furniture, enforcing wristbands, escorting trespassers off of the property, issuing parking passes, responding to complaints and emptying trash are just some of your responsibilities. Sometimes depending on the situation your duties could change. Write reports if necessary.
We work rain or shine. Weekends & Holidays are a must!
Schedule
32-40 hours per week
Shifts include:
day & evening shifts
Job requirements.
*Good communication skills are a must for guest and management communication.
*7 days before and 7 days after the 4th of July, up to 10 hours of overtime is mandatory and you must have open availability.
*Must be able to handle conflict assertively and calmly.
* Must be available on holidays
* Position requires extended bending, standing and walking.
* Must have a friendly outgoing personality able to speak to owners and guests.
* Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
* Must be able deal with the cold and or heat and sun of day
* Must show up. No tolerance for someone who is unreliable.
* Must keep a clean professional appearance!!!!
*You must be able to pass a background check
*20 years of age or older
