Physical Therapist Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in the home health setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, home exercise programs, and safety measures
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Ability to travel throughout Easton, MA
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed salary structure starting at $95,000 plus additional hourly rate for additional points worked outside of weekly requirement
