Position Overview:
Foundation Millwork and Stone is seeking a skilled Millwork Fabricator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with millwork materials and machinery, along with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This role involves operating advanced woodworking equipment, ensuring precision in production, and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate panel saws, CNC machines, edge banders, and prelam presses.
Read and follow technical drawings and cut lists.
Ensure accuracy and quality in all millwork production.
Safely operate a forklift for material handling.
Assist with programming and machine setup (experience a plus).
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.
Assemble custom millwork and laminate components.
Qualifications:
Millwork material knowledge required.
Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or building trades preferred.
Experience assembling custom millwork and working with laminate materials preferred.
Ability to operate panel saws, CNC routers, prelam presses, and edge banders.
Forklift certification/experience required.
Finishing and painting experience is a plus.
Programming experience a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
