Job Overview
Twisted Oaks is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager / Lead Cook to help lead and organize our kitchen operations. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys cooking but can also manage the daily flow of a busy kitchen.
This role is responsible for maintaining food quality, overseeing prep and inventory, and helping ensure the kitchen runs efficiently during service.
Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and work on the line during service
- Manage and organize all prep work to ensure the kitchen is ready each day
- Place food orders and manage inventory levels
- Follow and enforce all health department and food safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Work closely with ownership on menu items and weekly specials
- Help manage kitchen workflow during busy service periods
- Train and support kitchen staff when needed
Experience
- Previous kitchen leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong cooking skills and ability to work all stations
- Experience with food ordering and inventory management
- Knowledge of health codes and food safety standards
- Ability to stay organized and work under pressure
- Reliable, dependable, and able to lead by example
- Team-oriented with a positive attitudesettings

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
