Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience processing Medi-cal requests and documentation
- Solid understanding of Medicaid requirements and guidelines
- Exceptional organizational abilities, able to keep records and procedures accurate and up to date
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency is highly preferred, supporting effective communication
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with district staff and Medi-cal officials
- No special licenses or certifications required, but proven clerical expertise is essential
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor and verify random time survey submissions from staff to ensure compliance and timely reporting
- Liaise regularly with SPED team members and district staff to confirm protocols are followed
- Meet monthly with Medi-cal to review procedures, clarify expectations, and promote best practices
- Maintain thorough records and provide documentation upon request
- Troubleshoot submission and reporting issues and offer support for resolution
