We are seeking a motivated and reliable Plant Operator to join our team in Windsor, CO. This is a great opportunity, and possible long-term career, for someone looking to grow in the field of plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take hourly operational readings and log data accurately
- Monitor and maintain analytical equipment
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and documentation
- Supervise plant activities to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Climb ladders and use a variety of wrenches and tools as part of daily duties
Preferred Experience (willing to train the right candidate):
- Prior experience in plant operations
- Familiarity with PLC systems and large motor compressors
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a physically active role (climbing, lifting, equipment handling)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test upon a conditional offer of employment
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (specific schedule to be discussed during interview)
Pay: $20/hour
