Job Description
We’re looking for someone that is willing to learn about our products and be able to help our customers to the best of their ability. We need a seasoned Customer Service Associate that can multitask, answer customer emails, process our daily orders and help where needed. This might include some light warehouse work. You will learn on the job daily.
· This position requires strong trouble shooting and customer service skills and customer service experience
· Process orders 2 times a day so warehouse staff can start shipping
· Answer customer inquiries using Outlook and third-party channels: Amazon, Walmart, eBay and etc
· Place orders that come in via email and answer all customer emails
· Work with our regular wholesale customers placing their orders.
· Process returns
· Help the occasional walk-in customer
· Help with light warehouse duties as needed
· Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Shopify, UPS World ship and Salesforce helpful
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word
· Go-getter willing to learn all our products
· Ability to self-manage and work in a collaborative setting
· Part time employee 25 hours weekly - Monday thru Friday
· Hours 730am - 1230pm
