Requirements:
- Currently hiring for team members that have valid driver license for our insurance coverage must be at least 22 and have clean driving record.
- Drug testing and background check are done as part of the hiring process.
- Learn and use The Maids cleaning system
- Be part of a team.
Pay
- Starts at $15.75 per hour goes to $16.00 per hour after 8 weeks.
- Advancement opportunities with valid Driver License to Assistant Team Lead's starting at $17.00 and Team Lead's starting at $18.10
Schedule / Benefits
- You will be working 8:30 AM to 1:30 to 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday, day's vary depending on workload.
- No nights.
- No weekends.
- On average you will work 25 to 35 hours a week.

Summary
As a house cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality residential cleaning services while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be cleaning 4 to 6 houses a day in a team of 3 to 4. Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning kitchen and bathrooms floors on hands and knees. Special projects could include windows, interior of ovens and refrigerators.
You will need to be physically able to lift and/ or carry 5 to 45 pounds 30 to 50 times per day, bend, stoop, climb, reach, stand, sit, kneel and twist.
