Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic familiarity or hands-on experience with machines, metal-working, or lathes is a plus
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
- Attention to detail and safety-first mindset
- Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude
Responsibilities
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform order picking, packing, and stock replenishment with precision to meet daily order demands
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels and update records accurately
- Conduct regular inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products according to trade compliance standards and international trade regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate warehouse distribution activities and optimize shipping logistics workflows
Skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office tools for data entry and reporting
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and order fulfillment procedures
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during stocking or order picking
- Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes, packaging standards, and trade compliance regulations
- Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic machine, tapping or lathe skills beneficial
