Pharmacist Reports to: Pharmacy Director

Locations: Concord, NC, and Spencer, NC (in person)
Population Served: Underserved, uninsured, under‑insured, and medically complex patients receiving care at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
TrueCareRx, LLC is actively seeking a highly dynamic, compassionate, and experienced Pharmacist to join our dedicated team within our clinically integrated, hybrid dispensing pharmacy setting. This role offers a unique and impactful opportunity to work in close collaboration with healthcare providers spanning multiple disciplines, forming an essential partnership dedicated to elevating the standard of patient healthcare. The successful candidate will play a critical part in serving a vulnerable patient population, utilizing their clinical expertise to optimize medication therapy, promote health literacy, and ensure accessible pharmaceutical care within the community. Applicants would be expected to display clinical competencies, as they are routinely utilized throughout the hybrid dispensing daily workflow.
CRCHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) federal grantee, committed to serving the community by providing comprehensive healthcare services. This full-time position offers the chance to make a significant impact on patient wellness in a community-based setting as a safety net provider and pharmacy, alike. Our Pharmacy offers unique opportunities to provide care to improve outcomes for patients living with multiple chronic conditions and assist them in overcoming barriers to accessing care.
About the Role:
As the pharmacist, you will play a key role in the continued success of our pharmacy. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including prescription processing, dispensing, and patient counseling.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations, with a particular focus on FQHC and 340B program requirements.
- Mentor and lead a team of pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the pharmacy and enhance patient services.
- Collaborate closely with the providers at the clinics to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and manage inventory effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current and in good standing pharmacist license in the state of North Carolina.
- A minimum of (3) years of experience in a community pharmacy setting or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in managing and developing a strong team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the 340B drug pricing program.
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly valuable for this role.
- Experience with PioneerRx pharmacy management system.
- Familiarity with the Athena electronic health record system.
