Role Overview:
The Customer Service & Logistics Support Specialist provides support to internal and external customers using our collaboration platform, Cargoo. This includes technical support, resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through platform features and functionality — ensuring our users can navigate and use Cargoo efficiently. The role also involves maintaining excellent client relationships, delivering Cargoo training to customers and colleagues, and other duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements:
- Min 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in maritime logistics
- Experience with help desk software (Freshdesk, Zendesk or others)
- Detail oriented with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Languages: English (required), Portuguese (required), Spanish (a plus)
- System knowledge: Microsoft office, inclusive Power BI, experience with Jira and Confluence a plus.
