San Jose Sales Associates, a dedicated sales and development firm, is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate to help families find the perfect combination of plans. The Full-Time Sales Associate also explains how AT&T’s plans let each customer choose their own plans, so everyone gets what they need without paying for features they don't use.
As a Full-Time Sales Associate, you’ll receive hands-on training to master AT&T’s smartphones and data plans, equipping you to guide customers through their connectivity options with confidence. The Full-Time Sales associate then engages with our customers in person, listening to their concerns about unreliable connections or confusing plans, and then presents AT&T’s solutions as the clear answer.

- Engage with customers in person to highlight AT&T’s cutting-edge smartphones and high-speed data plans designed for seamless streaming, work, and connectivity.
- Enhance sales volume by recommending timely AT&T smartphone upgrades and data plan adjustments that improve performance and savings.
- Ensure positive buying experiences with hands-on device support and clear explanations of the advantages of AT&T data plans.
- Strengthen customer relationships through thoughtful follow-ups focused on satisfaction with their new AT&T smartphone and data service.
- Achieve personal and team sales goals by combining product knowledge with consultative selling of AT&T solutions.
- Serve as a knowledgeable Full-Time Sales Associate who empowers customers to choose the best AT&T smartphones and data plans confidently.
