Part-Time Fitness Coach (Split Shifts Required)
We’re looking for a reliable, part-time fitness coach to help cover classes.
This role is best for someone who:
- Is local and dependable
- Is comfortable with split shifts
- Likes structure, clear expectations, and systems
- Potential for consistent hours that can grow over time, but not guaranteed.
Important upfront:
This is not a “coach one hour and leave” role. We expect planning ahead, following SOPs, and professionalism beyond just the class hour. We’ll train you — reliability matters more than experience.
What the schedule looks like (for now):
- Part-time hours
- Split shifts (early morning/evening availability needed)
Great fit if you are:
- A former athlete, teacher, healthcare worker, or someone with a predictable schedule
- A former or current coach or personal trainer
- Good with people and can connect easily
- Someone who values consistency and shows up when they say they will
- Looking something for longer term.
Not a great fit if you:
- Need a perfectly smooth schedule right away
- Only want to coach occasionally with no additional responsibility
- Aren’t comfortable with split shifts

We offer a mix of group classes, personal training, and semi-private sessions depending on experience and interest.
Preferred:
A valid fitness certification (e.g., personal training, group fitness, strength & conditioning) from a recognized organization
- Availability for early mornings, mid-day, evenings, and/or scheduling as needed
- Willingness to follow our gym’s systems and programming style (training is provided).

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
