Executive Chef – Brand New DoubleTree Phoenix Midtown
We’re searching for an innovative Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision of our brand-new DoubleTree Phoenix Midtown. This is a unique opportunity to take our Food & Beverage department to the next level, with a strong emphasis on banquet excellence and memorable guest dining experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all kitchen operations, from menu design to banquet execution.
- Create fresh, trend-forward menus for both restaurant and catering.
- Elevate banquet and group dining experiences with flawless execution.
- Inspire and mentor a talented culinary team.
- Control food costs, maintain safety standards, and ensure exceptional presentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in an full-service hotel, resort, or fine dining setting.
- Strong background in banquets, catering, and high-volume production.
- Culinary degree or equivalent leadership experience.
- A creative, driven leader ready to deliver excellence and grow our new F&B program.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
