- Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies and standards of care
- Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and clinical oversight

- Respond quickly and effectively to resident and staff needs
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina required
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred

Requirements:
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing • Valid State license.• One to three years (1-3) years of supervisory experience preferred.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESSupervises nursing staff and others with appropriate supervisory training in accordance with scope of practice as defined by the state.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENTMay be required to respond to critical issues on a 24/7 basis. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or fingers, reach with hands and arms, feel, talk and hear. Employee is occasionally exposed to blood or other body fluids, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. OTHER REQUIREMENTSAdheres to and oversees communication of privacy guidelines relative to the confidentiality of residents' protected health information.
