About the Role
We are looking for a part-time, hourly Creative Producer / Creative Project Manager to help lead projects from kickoff through completion. This person will serve as the main point of contact for clients and play a central role in keeping projects organized, moving, and aligned with client goals.
This role requires someone who can manage both communication and creative execution. You should be comfortable guiding clients, coordinating internal teams, supporting artists, and helping ensure the final work meets both strategic and visual expectations.
There is strong potential for this position to become full-time in the future for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the life of a project
- Guide projects from initiation through final delivery using project management software
- Ensure a complete understanding of each client’s goals, needs, products, and product functionality
- Use internal tools to support script creation and project development
- Review incoming files and project assets to confirm production readiness
- Assign tasks internally and keep projects moving efficiently across production stages
- Work closely with artists and creative team members to help them succeed in their work
- Answer project-related questions and gather missing information from clients when needed
- Review and critique creative work to ensure it aligns with client objectives and brand standards
- Lead or participate in client meetings when necessary
- Help maintain strong organization, communication, and accountability across all active projects

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creative production, project management, or agency environments
- Familiarity with 3D production workflows, animation, video, AR, or related creative processes
- Understanding of file types, creative assets, and production handoff requirements
- Experience working with project management platforms and collaborative tools
