Intro Calls – Conducting initial outreach and pre-qualification-
Application Review – Evaluating resumes and candidate qualifications

Recruiter Screens – Leading structured video interviews

Assessment Review – Reviewing proctored skills assessments

Offers – Performing quality assurance reviews and managing offers
This structure allows you to focus on what you do best while contributing to a high-performing, collaborative recruiting engine. Each workstream will also flex to lead structured video interviews.

Provide a positive and professional candidate experience.

Review and screen large volumes of resumes with speed and accuracy.

Conduct structured video interviews with applicants.

Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure timely and effective hiring decisions.

Maintain detailed and organized records of candidate interactions.

Escalate time‑sensitive hiring needs to the appropriate team members to maintain service‑level expectations.

Experience screening resumes and interviewing applicants—or similar relevant experience.

Superior customer service and communication skills.

A stable internet connection and a computer with a camera and microphone.

Legally authorized to work and reside in the United States.

Comfortable on video and have a quiet, professional workspace.

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools.
