Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nail Salon Reception Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy salon - Sundays only (11 am to 5 pm) and maybe other weekdays as a backup, if available. This key leadership role involves managing front-desk activities, turn management, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and management skills, with a passion for creating a welcoming environment for clients and team members alike. Multilingual abilities and previous experience in retail or salon management are highly valued to enhance client interactions and team coordination.
Duties
- Greet customers and assign mani/pedi chairs.
- Provide customers with drinks.
- Supervise front-desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing walk-in clients.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Check out customers and manage POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain excellent communication skills to liaise with staff and clients effectively.
- Manage nail technician turns.
- Support the technicians by washing/drying towels and adding towels to the towel steamer.
- Light touchup and resetting of the mani/pedi chairs for the next customers.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $125.00 per day
